Ordering custom hoodies comes down to four choices: style, fabric weight, decoration and sizes. The design itself is usually the quick part once those are settled.

Pick the style by who wears it

Pullovers suit teams, schools and events. Zip-ups suit staff who layer all day. Heavyweight hoodies suit merch brands and cold climates, youth hoodies suit schools and camps, and performance hoodies suit training and warm-ups.

Choose print or embroidery

Screen printing is best for large and full-color designs. Embroidery gives a smaller chest logo a raised, premium finish. Many orders combine both, with an embroidered chest logo and a printed back.

Get the size mix right

Ask your group for sizes before you order, or use a typical split if you cannot. One order can run from youth sizes to adult extended sizes, and the design is scaled so it looks right on every size.
